Victoria studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She quickly established her career by singing many roles for English National Opera, including Rosina/Barber of Seville, Cherubino/Figaro's Wedding, Dorabella/Cosi fan Tutte, Zaida/The Turk in Italy, Hermia/A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Zerlina/Don Giovanni.
Victoria has performed in opera and concert in the UK and Europe, including Royal Festival Hall, Barbican, Royal Albert Hall, Garsington, Grange Park, Holland Park, Buxton, Edinburgh, BBC Proms, Bridgewater Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Netherlands Opera, Concertgebouw, Halle, Stuttgart, Aix-en-Provence, Berlin and Salzburg. She has worked with some of the worlds greatest orchestras, including the LPO, LSO, London Sinfonietta, Philharmonia, Hallé, Concertgebouw and the Berlin Philharmonic.
Victoria is in demand as a performer of contemporary music. She performed Henze's "Voices" with the London Sinfonietta in Krakow and created the title role in Jonathan Dove's "The Adventures of Pinocchio" for Opera North. In 2012/13 she will be singing the world premiere of "Written on Skin" by George Benjamin starting at the Aix Festival in 2012, with subsequent performances at the Netherlands Opera, The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Opera Comique Paris, the Wiener Festwochen, the Bavarian State Opera Munich and Toulouse.
Victoria lives in North West London with her husband and two daughters.
